News from home draws interest in the various ways news is conveyed visually in times of war; in some equations, to report, expose, or provoke thought or action, in others, to reassure, offer comfort or resist.
All the images used in this project are taken during the fall of 2024 in Lebanon, either sent through WhatsApp to loved ones outside Lebanon or submitted to a UK news outlet.
